UK property marketplace
A clearer way to make your next move
Mooving was designed as an alternative to traditional estate agents in the UK, bringing property search, selling and direct conversations into one experience.

The brief
Give people another way to buy and sell property
The product needed to serve both sides of a property move. Buyers had to find and evaluate homes; sellers needed a way to put a property on the market and respond to interest.
For the UK market, that meant making the journey feel familiar enough to trust while giving people more control over discovery, listing and communication.
Buyer journey
From an area in mind to a home worth seeing
Search starts with place. Results bring listings and a map together, so buyers can judge both the property and its location before opening the details.
The listing view then carries the next decisions: photographs, key facts, nearby places, price context, and direct actions to chat or request a viewing.

Area suggestions help a buyer begin with the location they know.

Listings and location share the same view, keeping context close.

Property detail, surroundings and the viewing request meet in one place.
The same decisions,
one screen at a time
On a phone, search results become a focused list. The property page brings photos, seller details and a viewing request to the foreground, while price history and cost estimates sit further down the page.

Seller journey
Put the property in the seller’s hands
A separate selling flow lets owners build their listing directly. Uploading photographs is one of the clearest moments in that journey: the property starts to become something buyers can inspect.
The screens also explore the supporting account details a marketplace needs, including payment methods. Together they show a product designed for both posting and managing a listing.

Upload and label photos in the sell property flow.

Payment methods sit within the account tools.
Beyond the listing
Keep the conversation moving
A property search rarely ends in one session. Saved searches make it easier to return to an area and its filters; messages keep questions and viewing requests connected to the property.
The marketplace also includes a developer and building discovery view, broadening the ways people can explore available homes.

Return to a set of criteria and control updates.

Keep the property, conversation and viewing action together.

Discover developers and their buildings by location.
Process & collaboration
A product shaped through fast feedback
I designed layouts and prototypes in Figma.
Most day-to-day communication happened in Slack, which kept feedback and decisions moving. Product Owner Nick Walsh provided key decisions and approvals; Project Manager Boris Esanu helped the work move smoothly. In-person meetings gave us space for deeper discussions and brainstorming.
